Aiyalam Parameswaran Balachandran (Malayalam: ഐയ്ലം പരമേശ്വരന്‍ ബാലചന്ദ്രന്‍ ) (born January 25, 1938) is an Indian theoretical physicist well known for his extensive contributions to the role of classical topology in quantum physics.
